Rules, Fees, and Membership Agreement



Please note: Waivers are required for each family member listed 

Horse Requirements
All horses must have a current negative Coggins test on file or available for inspection.
Horses must be healthy and under control at all times.
No aggressive or dangerous horses allowed on the premises.

Rider Requirements
All riders must be current members of the FARM Center Riding Club.
Riders must sign a liability waiver before using the arena.
Ride at your own risk. The FARM Center is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss
of property.
Minors must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times.
Helmets are strongly recommended, and may be required for riders under 18.
No riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
No riding double or bareback unless part of a supervised clinic or approved event.

Prohibited Activities
No use of FARM Center equipment (tractors, maintenance tools, etc.) by riders or
visitors.
No riding outside the arena. Use is restricted to the arena only.
No dogs in the arena. All dogs must be leashed and under control elsewhere on the
property.
No commercial training or lessons unless authorized by the FARM Center.
No camping or overnight stays without prior permission.
No tying horses to arena panels or gates.

Arena Access & Fees
Arena is open to members 7 days a week, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, unless an event is
scheduled.

Fees are now charged per trailer (not per rider or per horse):
$10 per trailer for daytime use
+ $10 if arena lights are used (evening use)

Payments can be made online via QR code or dropped into the secure on-site lock box.

Membership dues:
$25 per person
$50 per family

Memberships are valid for the calendar year and renew on January 1.

Arena Use & Etiquette
Share the space with other riders; be courteous and communicate.
No lunging during busy times unless space allows and it doesn’t interfere with others.
If others are waiting, limit arena time to 90 minutes.
Return barrels and equipment to their designated storage locations after use.
Shut all gates when entering and leaving.
Turn off arena lights after evening rides.
Clean up after your horse in the arena and parking areas.
Remove all trash and personal items.
Lock the main gate when you are the last to leave.

Event Schedule
The arena may be closed during FARM Center events. Please check the schedule before
planning your ride.
