Note: We do not guarantee exclusivity—please submit your information early!  Spaces are limited and are assigned according to the days attending and the date of receiving the application and fees.

- Vendors may set up their booths on Wednesday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM or on the day of the event from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

- All booths must be fully set up and ready at least 30 minutes before the event opens each day.

- Booths and exhibits may be taken down after 6:00 PM on Sunday or anytime between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM on Monday.

- Please note that security services will conclude at the event closing. Vendors are responsible for their booths and belongings after this time.
