Please describe what you would like to promote or sell at your booth, or any other details you would like us to know before you come to the Festival.



Note: Spaces are limited and assignments will be based on when we receive your application.  You will be notified by the committee once a decision is made about your application.

-Vendors must supply their own tents, tables, chairs, etc. You may set up your booth in any way that does not overflow your designated area or interfere with safe pedestrian movement.

-Power is available to all booth spaces. You will need to provide your own extension cord.

-No vehicles or trailers will be permitted on the festival grounds or at vendor booths once the festival begins.

-All vehicles must be parked in their designated parking area at least 30 minutes before the start of the festival.

-Vehicles cannot be on the festival grounds at any time during festival operations (due to insurance regulations).

-The Festival committee reserves the right to fill spaces not confirmed on opening day, with all fees forfeited by the vendor.

-Vendors are expected to keep their area clean, with trash picked up regularly and boxes, etc. deposited in the garbage bin at the close of the festival.

*All perspective exhibitors and vendors are subject to a committee review prior to acceptance of application and participation at the festival. 

Your application and fee must be turned in and cleared before September 15th.
